They waited until less than an hour before my appointment to tell me they don’t accept my insurance—even though my appointment had been scheduled for over two and a half months. How is insurance verification not done when the appointment is made, or at the very least weeks in advance? Because of the incompetence and complete lack of professionalism, I wasted months waiting to see a specialist, only to have my appointment canceled at the last minute. People’s health is not a game, and delaying someone’s medical care because your office failed to do its job is inexcusable. This level of negligence shows a shocking disregard for patients’ time, health, and well-being. If this “medial center” cannot handle something as basic as verifying insurance before making patients wait months for an appointment, you seriously need to reevaluate your processes. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Bad from the get go. Made appointment for a regular eye exam, was sent to first hill. When I got there 55 dollar first time visit fee,I said ok. When I got in the room the nurse says we're getting you ready for cataract surgery. What!! No no no I'm just here for eye exam. Dr comes looks at my eyes says no I dont do eye exams. You'll need to go to renton pac-med. Made appointment now they want another 55 dollars for first time visit. So I canceled. I was going for eye exam, I'm thinking if I made appointment for GP Dr. They'll want another 55 dollars first time visit.

If you need lab work and you're part of the PacMed network, this is the easiest place for walk-ins. I had no reservation but was in and out in 10 minutes. I'm never going back to LabCorp.

This new facility is much better then the old building in Renton. It is very spacious, the rooms are new and this medical center has the lab right next to the reception.
